How To Make Fried Chicken

Jack takes a crack at some fried chicken. Yum.
Here is the recipe:
1 fryer chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 cups low fat buttermilk
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Flour, for dredging

Soak chicken for 12-24 hours in buttermilk
put chicken on plate and season generously
roll in the flour
deep fry 10-12 min at 325 degrees
