Ingredients:
step 1
1 kg chicken wings cut into half
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
step 2:
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp rice flour
salt a pinch or so
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 egg
step 3:
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
step 4:
oil for deep frying
